Volunteer hiring for the upcoming 2011 Leadership in Business Conference has not yet begun. Please check back in early February of 2011 for detailed information regarding hiring procedures for the positions listed below.
Group Leaders
- Mentoring the delegates throughout the conference
- Helping to facilitate planned events and activities
- Overseeing the well-being of assigned delegates
- Providing encouragement and promoting group participation
- First-aid qualifications are an asset
Head Don
- Responsible for managing and organizing the entire don staff throughout the weekend
- All the responsibilities of the don staff are also the responsibility of the head don
- First-aid qualifications are an asset
Don Staff
- Mentoring the delegates throughout the conference
- Helping to facilitate planned events and activities
- Overseeing the well-being of assigned delegates
- Providing encouragement and promoting group participation
- First-aid qualifications are an asset
- Ensure functional relationship with Don Staff
- Present for all assigned Duty shifts
Logistics Team
- Setting up planned events and activities
- Coordinating the execution of events and activities
- Preparation and set up for meals (no cooking)
- Working diligently to ensure conference remains on schedule
Conference Photographer
- Available to document ALL events during the Conference
